Refund policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before product shipment. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund which will be returned via your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc). If the product has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Return Period: Within 30 days of delivery
  • Return Shipping: Buyer pays for non-quality-related issues
  • Condition: Original packaging with accessories/gifts intact
  • Refund: Defective: Full refund (including product cost, shipping, tips paid by customer); Non-defective: Product cost refund (shipping and tips paid by customer excluded)

Please Note:

  1. We do not accept returns on promotional items.
  2. Beyond 30 days, non-quality-related returns are not accepted. For quality issues, please contact us for repair/exchange under warranty.

Return/Refund Procedure

  1. Contact us via email at sales@lekuo.com with your order number and reason for return. If we accept your return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned directly without requesting a return, and no refund will be issued.
  2. You may mail the package back at your own expense, choosing your preferred shipping company or using the pre-paid return label provided (if applicable).
  3. Please package your product properly to minimize potential damage during shipping. Once the package is shipped, please let us know the tracking number by email.
  4. Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after Lekuo warehouse staff receives the returned item. Refunds will be made via your original method of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc). Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the item is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process the request accordingly.
  • If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or return.

EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to customers located in the European Union, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
